Meet Coach Gretchen
Gretchen Voolich is an Executive Coach and Founder of Voolich Coaching, LLC, a coaching practice with an eye on coaching for innovation.
Her work focuses on helping professionals, risk-takers and aspiring out-of-the-box thinkers find their purpose, their next BIG idea and to obliterate what holds them back. Gretchen's approach reimagines traditional coaching to transform leaders into better problem solvers, fearless human beings and sought after change makers.
Gretchen is a ACC-level coach withing the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) and received her GCEC coaching certification through William James College professional psychology school. Gretchen holds a Masters in psychology from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor of Science in Epidemiology from Rutgers University. She spent around 18ish years in the biotechnology industry as a clinical researcher and outsourcing strategist before realizing her true passion: helping people chase their dreams and sort out what's not working for them.
Raised as a creative in the woods of New Hampshire and cutting her scientific teeth in New Jersey, Gretchen's dual art and science background heavily influences her work. Her trademarked VOOreka!™ series and method follows and teaches how she learned to remove barriers to her wild ideas and similar nonsense that holds people back from doing what lights them up. A competitive endurance athlete for a few decades, Gretchen brings focus and playful discipline which gives clients a supportive framework for them to fearlessly unlock and experiment with their own creativity, which she thinks belongs everywhere and has wide utility.
Gretchen definitely loves acrylic paint more than you, is comically horrible at yoga and hates "going through the motions" and "hacks" unless they are part of a bigger, brighter, bolder plan.
